2006, only 100 m from the beach, directly in the heart of the historical
city centre of Cattolica and only a few steps of the “Piazza Primo
Maggio”, the place of dancing fountains. The apartment block consists
of 4 comfortable, functional and elegantly furnished one & two-rooms
apartments for single and families up to a maximum of 5 persons. Each
apartment has its own entrance and a small terrace. All are equipped with
air conditioning system warm and cold, electric cooker, refrigerator with
freezing compartment, baking-oven, dishwasher, television, safe, wireless
internet point, shower cubicle and hair dryer. On the beach special beach
rates and services for our guests. |

Deposit: on confirmation 30% of the total amount; Final settlement: on arrive.
Security deposit : €. 100,00 (return on depart).
Key handover time on arrive at 1.00 pm; Departure: within 10.00 am on the
day of departure.
